Please make sure to quote your order number which you will have received via email when you placed your order and inform us whether you would like a refund or exchange.

A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once all the information referred to above is received and as long as your return has met the eligibility criteria. The payment method used for the original purchase will be credited with the price paid, excluding delivery charges. If there are any problems with your refund, a member of our customer care team will contact you.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
When returning items you are strongly recommended to send the items using a method of postage that can be tracked, (e.g Royal Mail signed for) using the original or suitable package. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
What happens if you are returning your order from an international country?
You must contact us and ensure that you have posted your item within 14 days of receipt. You must mark 'return' on the customs form when returning to the UK, otherwise we will be charged high import charges which we will not be held responsible for.
